Wyeast 4267 Summation Red


Wyeast 4267 Summation Red produces distinctive intense berry, graham cracker nose. Jammy, rich, very smooth complex profile, slightly vinous. Well suited to higher sugar content musts.

This yeast used to be called Bordeaux.
