WLP775 White Labs English Cider Liquid Yeast


WLP775 English Cider is a classic cider yeast. Ferments dry, but retains flavor from apples. Sulfur is produced during fermentation, but will dissipate in the first two weeks of aging. Can also be used for wine and high gravity beers.

Flocculation: Medium

Optimum Fermentation Temperature: 68-75

We send out our liquid yeast on Mondays and include a cold pack in warm weather to ensure freshness.
