WLP655 Belgian Sour Mix 1 is a unique blend perfect for Belgian style beers. Includes Brettanomyces, Saccharomyces, and the bacterial strains Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. If you are making a Belgian sour, this yeast is a one stop shop!

Flocculation: Medium-low
Optimum Ferment Temp: 80-85°+
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-high

We send out our liquid yeast on Mondays and include a cold pack during warm months to ensure freshness.
