WLP380 Hefeweizen IV Ale yeast from White Labs has a large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Note: We send out our yeast on Mondays and in warm weather we include a cold pack for protection. 

Note: This is a special order item, please allow for an extra week for delivery. We can order any White Labs yeast you are looking for. We usually place our orders by Monday, receive the yeast around Thursday, and then ship it out the following Monday.
