WLP400 White Labs Belgian Wit Ale


WLP400 Belgian Wit Ale is slightly phenolic and tart. This is the original yeast used to produce Wit beers in Belgium.

Attenuation:  74-78%
Flocculation:  Low to Medium
Optimum Ferment Temp.:  67-74°F
Alcohol Tolerance:  Medium

We may not always have this yeast in stock, so you may need to give an additional week for delivery. We will contact you if this is the case.

We ship out our liquid yeast at the beginning of the week and include a cold pack during warm months to ensure yeast freshness.
