What the Fuggle?! Scottish Ale - All Grain Kit

What the Fuggle?! Scottish Ale is a traditional Scottish Export Ale with a rich, malty backbone and mild hop bitterness and flavor from the Fuggle hops. At only 5% ABV, this is a very sessionable Scottish ale that you’ll be happy to drink a few of. Alternately, bump up the gravity with a pound of brown sugar, some DME, or adding extra base malt to the recipe. This is a great brew if you are in a hurry. We made a version of this that was fermented, kegged, carbonated, and served in fewer than ten days!

This all-grain kit comes with yeast. Choose which type you'd like to use from the options above. We recommend using Wyeast 1728. The dry yeast (S-04) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
