Wallonian Saison Extract Kit


Wallonian Saison is a refreshing pale Belgian ale best fermented at warm summer temperatures. We include 3-3.3 lbs. wheat liquid malt extract, 3.3# Pilsner liquid malt extract, 1/4 lb. Cara 20 malt, and one pound of corn sugar for a dry crisp finish. 

Now featuring a time-saving 30-minute boil!

This kit comes with liquid yeast, select one from the above pick list. We recommend using Wyeast 3711. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
