Talus® hops are ideally suited for hop-forward beers including Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs, West Coast IPAs, Hoppy Lagers, and Cold IPAs.

Named after the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest, Talus® was originally developed by crossing a neomexicanus strain with open pollination from a Pacific NW hop—resulting in a gorgeous new hop brand that's as stunning as the landscape from which hails.

This lot was noted to display an all-around fruit-forward character with prominent notes of citrus and tropical fruit backed up by hints of melon and stone fruit
