Smokey Hollow Porter is a dark, almost black, slightly sweet, slightly smokey brew of medium bitterness, mild burnt malt flavor, and light roasted barley taste. If you like porters and like smokey beers, you'll love this one.

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like to use above. The dry yeast (S-04) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.

One of my personal favorite extract kits from Wine and Hop. It's the perfect cold weather beer to brew mid-late Fall and enjoy throughout the Winter. I've found that it takes a while to age properly, but when it peaks around six weeks, you'll be in for a treat!
