Rye malt complements the bitterness and aroma imparted by the Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to make this beer complex and enticing. A great hoppy pale ale!

This all grain pale ale kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. We recommend Wyeast 1056. The dry yeast (US-05) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
