Rhine Kolsch Extract Kit

The Rhine Kolsch extract kit is clean and crisp from a generous helping of pilsner malt. The kolsch yeast lends soft flavors of sweet apples and soft stone fruits. A lovely spring and summer session beer, although it makes for delicious drinking all-year round.

This kit includes liquid beer yeast, select which you'd like above. We recommend Wyeast 2565. However, if you're having the kit shipped, we would recommend the Koln dry yeast as it will hold up better during shipment.
