Raspberry Puree 4.4 lb (Brewer's Orchard)

This raspberry fruit puree is a natural product, undiluted, not concentrated, not fermented, preservative-free, obtained from the disintegration and sieving of the edible portion of the ripe, healthy and clean fruit. Naturally fat-free and cholesterol-free, low content in sodium, contains 100% fruit pureé.  It has been commercially sterilized, and can be used right from the pack. Always use the fruit purees in the primary or secondary fermenter or in the beer kettle after you've turned off the heat. We don't recommend boiling fruit because it cooks off some of the fruit character and releases the pectin, which will cloud up your beer.
