Potassium Metabisulfite 10 lb
You can use potassium metabisulfite to sanitize equipment, kill the yeast and bacteria in fruit, and to extend the shelf life of wine.
Antioxidant and bactericide: use 1/4 teaspoon to 6 gallons.
Sanitizer: use 2 oz per 1 gallon of water.
Dissolve sulfite in warm water before adding.
