Monster Mai Bock Lager - All Grain Kit

Monster Mai Bock is a high gravity, moderately sweet Maibock. It is light in color which disguises its deceptively high alcohol content. Drink in desperate moderation. Allow at least 8 weeks for its flavor to develop.

Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.

This all grain lager kit comes with liquid yeast. Choose which one you'd like to use from the list above. Due to the high gravity of this beer, we recommend either making a starter or purchasing a second vial of WLP833 or Wyeast 2308.
