It's Mulling Time bright tropical mulling spices are made right here in Madison, WI, by The Deliciouser. This is a blend of ripe mangos, candied ginger, and tropical spices.

Directions:

Combine contents with 1 bottle of fruit forward wine. Warm on the stove and bring the mixture to a simmer. Turn off the heat and steep for ten minutes, stirring occasionally until the sugar is dissolved. Serve warm in mugs, garnished with an orange peel.

For a little extra punch, add 3/4 cup of brandy.
