Flaked Rye imparts a clean, distinct rye flavor. Great for pale ales. Pregelatinized. Use to to 40% as a cereal adjunct in the total grist to create rye Beer. Start at 5-10% and increase in increments of 5% because of the concentrated flavor of Rye Flakes If you use more than 20% flaked grains, we recommend using rice hulls to avoid stuck mashes. 3L.
