Flaked Oats add a distinctive "sticky" mouthfeel and oatmeal flavor. Pregelatinized. Use a small percentage in Belgian Wit Beers. Use 5%-25% of grain bill in oatmeal stouts. If you use more than 20% flaked oat, we recommend using rice hulls to avoid stuck mashes. ~2.5L.
