Assmanshaussen Dry Wine Yeast (Cellar Science)


AMH, or Assmanshaussen, is amazing for making red wines, especially Pinot Noir and Zinfandel-style wines. Known to help retain color. Enhances spiciness and promotes fruit flavors and aromas.

For best results, ferment this yeast between 68 and 86 degrees F. The yeast has an alcohol tolerance of up to 15% ABV. Use at a rate of 1 gram per gallon.
