All grain marked as "Crushed" will be milled in shop after your order is placed. It is milled for standard all-grain brewing or steeping additions. "Whole" is unmilled.

Briess Caramel Munich malt is used to increase head retention and body. It imparts caramel, roasted, and malty flavors and reddish to amber hues. Caramel Munich malt is a bit richer in character than "regular" Caramel 60L malt.
