Sorghum Liquid Extract 3.3 LB Canister (Briess)
Briess is a highly considered maltster from right here in Wisconsin.
Sorghum liquid extract is the extract you want to use if you are making gluten-free beer. We recommend using 5-6.5 lbs. of this extract in combination with maltodextrin for the best results (for a 5 gallon batch). Honey can be a good additive as well.
