White wheat malt is good for any type of wheat beer, a very good choice for Belgian Wits. Contributes sweet, malty, wheat, mild bread dough flavors. Use up to 5% to improve head retention in any beer. If you use more than 20% wheat, we recommend using rice hulls to avoid stuck mashes. 2.5L.
