Midnight Wheat malt is a bitterless black malt that can be used in any recipe calling for debittered black malt. Midnight Wheat malt is relatively subtle and smooth, with no bitter, astringent, or dry flavors or aftertastes. Starts slightly sweet with hints of roasted flavor and finishes clean.
