GoldSwaen©Aroma malt, also known as European Dark Crystal malt, intensifies the beer's body and smoothness and promotes head formation and retention. By the special production procedure GoldSwaen©Aroma has a dark bronze shine and a typical aroma that serves to intensify and stabilize the flavor. Provides a richness to lager beers. Compared to other traditional colored malts, GoldSwaen©Aroma has a higher diastatic power and imparts a smoother bitterness.
