Amylase Enzyme 1 oz
Amylase enzyme is a powdered form of amylase used to break down starches. Produces dextrin and a small amount of maltose. Can be used to clear starch haze.
This additive is also useful if you are attempting to really dry a beer out or if you are brewing with a high proportion of low-enzymatic grains. Also useful if you overshoot your strike water temperature and are unsure whether you shut off all enzymatic activity in your mash.
