The wide mouth design makes this 1 gallon jar the ideal fermenter for kombucha. Sauerkraut is anther popular choice for fermentation in the wide mouth jar. This can be used just as well for primary fermentation of wine or beer.

This is a single jar with lid. We also sell cases of 4 jars with lids and the lids separately as well.
