1 Gallon Bantam Belgian Ale All-Grain Kit

Mmm, a traditional Belgian golden ale. The corn sugar will help dry the beer out a bit and not add too much maltiness. The Styrian hops will impart a nice floral, slightly spicy character without overwhelming the malt. The yeast will add some spiciness, and the hotter you ferment, fruity notes. A complex beer that will excite any palette. You'll be disappointed that you only have one gallon to drink!
