Root Beer Extract (Sprecher)

This truly old fashioned root beer soda has the rich, creamy flavor that only comes from using pure Wisconsin honey direct from the combs. These extracts are prepared at the Sprecher brewery in a hand-made, gas-fired brew kettle, by combining honey, pure vanilla and a host of aromatic botanicals. The dark, honeyed brew will build a delicious, frothy head when properly poured into a frosted mug.

Each 1 gallon jug makes 5 gallons of this delicious root beer. The sugar has already been added, so all you need to do is add water, stir, and keg!

Because stabilizer has been added to this root beer extract, we recommend you keg and artificially carbonate this soda.
