White Labs WLP672 Lactobacillus Brevis is a rod-shaped Lactobacillus bacteria used for souring beers. Typically producing more lactic acid than Lactobacillus delbrueckii, it is a great addition to any sour program.

Attenuation: 80%
Flocculation: Low
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium 5-10%

Note: We send out our yeast on Mondays and in warm weather we include a cold pack for protection. 

Note: This is a special order item, please allow for an extra week for delivery. We can order any White Labs yeast you are looking for. We usually place our orders by Monday, receive the yeast around Thursday, and then ship it out the following Monday.
