Gypsum, or calcium sulfate, is used to adjust the chemical makeup of your water. Commonly used to promote an extra crisp hop bitterness.

Please note that this 1 lb bag of gypsum is a special order item, so please allow an extra week or so for delivery. You can also buy smaller amounts with our 2 oz Gypsum option.
