Winemaking 201 Class

Next class will be at the Mitchell Vineyard:

• Sunday, September 8, at 11am
  

Our annual winemaking class out at Mitchell Vineyard is coming up at 11am on Sunday, September 8th. We'll do the whole process:

• Pick the grapes
• Crush and press the grapes
• Discuss fermentation, equipment, additives, yeast, etc.
• Bottle a batch of wine
• Q&A

The class typically lasts around 2 hours and costs $35 per person or $60 for two people. 

And if you bring your fermenter with, after the class, you can go pick some grapes and get your own batch going! What a way to spend a non-Packer Sunday :)

Beginners and experienced wine makers alike will get a lot from this class.

$35/person or $60 for two people, includes a gift card for the Shop.
