Rajah India Pale Ale Extract Kit

Rajah India Pale Ale is typical of the British IPA style. It is a little higher in alcohol and well hopped-both meant to ward off bad spirits that might be encountered on long ocean voyages. Notice the tannin, slight vanilla flavors and oakiness imparted by the oak chips.

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd like above. We recommend using the Wyeast 1098 British Ale liquid yeast. The dry yeast (S-04) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
