HopShot Hop Extract

HopShot is CO2-extracted resin that can be used for bittering or late additions to boiling wort. One milliliter yields around 10 IBUs in 5 gallons of 1.050 wort when boiled for 60 minutes.

There are so many great aspects to using this hop extract. It greatly reduces the amount of trub at the end of the boil, especially in heavily hopped beers. And it really does help you dial in exactly the bitterness you are looking for. No more trying to figure out what 3/8ths of an ounce looks like...
