Honey Biscuit malt, produced by Swaen, is one of the more unique and interesting malts you'll find out there. Honey Biscuit will impart a dry biscuit-y flavor and aroma, along with a sweet malty, honey character. It even gives beer a tiny hint of chocolate. A fantastic addition to porters!
