German Vienna malt imparts malty, bready flavors to beer. Has a pleasant malt taste and adds a hint of mouthfeel. Reinforces the golden/orange color in beer. Great choice for Vienna lagers or Octoberfests, as well as red beers. We really like putting a pound or so into our IPAs as well.
