Light Munich malt adds a little color and a rich, malty flavor to beer. Use up to 100% of the grist for Munich Dunkels. German Light Munich malt is a great addition to other beers to which you want to up the maltiness, including Bocks, Stouts, and even Pale Ales and IPAs.
