Flaked Barley 25 LB Sack (US - Briess)
Use flaked barley to lighten the color of a beer without lowering the gravity or using non-barley adjuncts. Improves head retention. Pregelatinized. Use at 10-25% of total grist to produce a light colored, mild flavored, dry beer. If you use more than 20% flaked grains, we recommend using rice hulls to avoid stuck mashes. ~1.5L.
