Wine and Hop Shop Sucks IPA - All Grain

A clone of a popular West Coast IPA, this ale is a 'cereal medley' of barley, wheat, oats, and rye and is bursting with resinous, citrusy hop flavor and aroma.

This kit comes with yeast. Choose which one you'd like to use from the list above. Due to the high starting gravity of this beer, we recommend making a yeast starter or purchasing a second yeast pack. And while all of these yeasts will work great, we recommend using one of the liquid yeasts (WLP001 or Wyeast 1056). The dry yeast (US-05) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
