White Labs WLP648 Brettanomyces Bruxellensis Trois Vrai is an infamous strain that can be used for all-Brettanomyces fermentations. It imparts a robust, complex sour character with aromas of pear. Best used as a primary fermentation strain.

Optimum Ferment Temp: 70-85°F (21-30°C)
Alcohol Tolerance: Medium-High
