Single-Hop Wallaby Saison - All Grain Kit

The Wallaby Saison is a continuously hopped (with 2 oz.) Saison featuring citruisy and floral Australian Galaxy hops. Yeast selection and fermentation temperature will affect the flavor this recipe considerably. Both the Wyeast 3711 and White Labs 566 are recommended in the 70-85F range.
