Chocolate Malt 1 oz (US - Briess)
Chocolate malt is a great choice for color adjustments in beer. Use as 1%-10% of the grain bill in stouts and porters. Imparts a roasted coffee and cocoa flavor and aroma. Chocolate malt is probably the most widely used roasted malt in brewing.
