Beer Off-Flavors Class

Join us at Working Draft Beer Company for a tour of what you don't want to taste in your homebrew. We'll be doing a tasting of six commonly occurred off-flavors, discussing how they manifest in beer and how to avoid them. And then you can cleanse the palate with some of WDBC's tasty brew :)
