Badger Den Scotch Ale Extract Kit

Badger Den Scotch Ale is a rich and malty traditional Scotch Ale with only moderate hop bitterness. This extract ale kit makes a beer that has a slight roasted malt flavor and lots of dark chocolate grain flavors. A great warming beer for any time of year! Now featuring a time-saving 30 minute boil!

This extract ale kit comes with yeast. Choose which yeast you'd like to use from the list above. We recommend using the Wyeast 1728. The dry yeast will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
