Lalvin ICV-D254 Dry Wine Yeast

Rhone isolate for both red and white wines. Enhances mouthfeel and color stability. In reds gives a jammy, concentrated, soft ripe fruit character with mild spiciness. Needs nutrients. Fast fermenter. 

Lalvin D254 has an alcohol tolerance of 16% and ferments well between 59F and 70F.
