Summit Pellet Hops 1 LB (US)

Summit is a smooth bittering hop with notes of orange, tangerine, citrus character, and strong garlic/onion flavors. Used primarily in stouts and pale ales with Black IPA perhaps being the best application for Summit. Alpha Acid: ~17%

This 1 lb package of Summit hop pellets, from Hop Union, is a special order item. It takes us about a week to get the hops in and then would ship them out ASAP.
