Northern Brewer Pellet Hops 1 OZ

Northern Brewer is a true dual-purpose hop, containing moderate amounts of alpha acids combined with a good aroma profile. We detect a slight, pleasant mint and woody flavor and aroma when we use Northern Brewer.

Used for all English styles, American Ales, Kolsch and Munich Helles. We also like it in darker beers and, if you are making a California Common, using Northern Brewer is a must!

Nugget and Perle are similar hops if you are looking for something that is close to but not quite Northern Brewer.

Alpha Acid: ~7-10%
