Northern Brewer Pellet Hops 1 LB (German)

Northern Brewer is a true dual-purpose hop, containing moderate amounts of alpha acids combined with a good aroma profile of evergreen, wood, and mint. 

Used for all English styles, American Ales, Kolsch and Munich Helles. We also like it in darker beers and, if you are making a California Common, using Northern Brewer is a must!

Nugget and Perle are similar hops if you are looking for something that is close to but not quite Northern Brewer.

Alpha Acid: ~7-10%

This is a special order item. It takes us about a week to get the hops in and then would ship them out ASAP.
