Mosaic Pellet Hops 1 LB (US)

Brewers have noted that Mosaic is a "complexity of flavors" providing a "powerful combination punch of pine and fruit." Specific descriptors include earthy, grassy, herbal, citrus, cedar, floral, pine, tropical, onion/garlic, spice and stone fruit. If there is a more versatile hop out there, we'd love to see it. 

Mosaic is one of our favorite hops, we think that it could be the next "it" hop, kinda like Citra...

This 1 lb package of Mosaic hop pellets is a special order item. It takes us about a week to get the hops in and then would ship them out ASAP.
