Munich Malt Dark 55 lb (German - Avangard)

This German Dark Munich malt is a premium continental European malt. It can be used up to 100% for dark and malty beers, particularly Bavarian-style brews like Munich Dunkels and Bocks. Use 10% to 50% of the grist for enhancing color and malt flavor and aroma in other beer styles, such as stouts and hoppy beers.
