Avangard is the largest malting company in Germany, a country known for its beer.

This wheat malt is the perfect choice for any wheat beer, especially traditional Hefeweizen. Also great for adding head retention (use around 5% of a batch).

If you use over 25% wheat in a batch, we recommend adding rice hulls to avoid stuck mashes.
