Terrace Pilsener Lager Extract Kit

Terrace Pilsner is a continental Pilsner of assertive hoppiness and moderate maltiness. The hop character is meant to be noticed. This is an easy-to-brew classic that any beer lover will enjoy.

For crisp, true lager flavors ferment or store at cool temperatures (50-55°F and below).

Note: The use of lager yeast requires a constant temperature of 50°F and below maintained throughout fermentation.

This kit comes with yeast, select which you'd prefer above. Because this beer is a lager, it's not a bad idea to either purchase a second yeast pack or make a yeast starter. The dry yeast (S-23) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast (which we prefer to use over the dry yeast) to help ensure freshness.
